If you were unable to attend the Ann Arbor SOUP dinner, the Michigan Daily posted an article detailing the events of the night. Ann Arbor SOUP is a micro-granting dinner celebrating creative projects in Ann Arbor. We were honored to be chosen as one of four groups presenting a project idea to people from all over Ann Arbor. After the presentations, the crowd was asked to vote on which project they wanted to fund as a community. Congratulations go to the Food Recovery Network at the University of Michigan, a student-run group which, after the votes were tallied, received a grant of more than $1000! Check out the FRN and the awesome work they do here.
