Mittenfest XII has grown a lot over twelve years, as has the clout behind many of the performers that have performed. However, without someone to make sure we can hear the bands, the whole festival is for naught. Enter Dave Menzo and Menzo Media. Dave has been supporting our Mittenfest performers to bring to the stage their beautiful tunes for many years and we are so proud to be able to work with him.
Along with being an excellent sound engineer, he is a multi-instrumental guru and performer. He has done projects with our wonderful friends at the Ann Arbor District Library, and consulted with our other amazing friends at Literati to create a space where visiting readers can be clearly heard at their live events. Dave is a beloved member of the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti music scene and can be found DJing, performing solo, or with his live band basically every night of the week it feels like.
